This policy explains how SureDyna collects and processes the personal data of users of the websitehttps://www.suredyna.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the amended Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.
1 – Data controller
The data controller is SureDyna, a single-member simplified joint-stock company (SASU), with its registered office at 7 rue Sylvine Candas, 92120 Montrouge, France.

2 – Data collected, purposes and legal bases
2.1 – Enquiries submitted via the contact form
Data that may be collected: name, company, email address, telephone number, subject and content of the message, as well as any information you choose to provide.
Purposes: to receive, process and follow up on your enquiry; to contact you; and, where applicable, to prepare for a contractual relationship.
Legal bases: the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request where your message relates to a service, and SureDyna’s legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries and managing its business relationships
Fields marked as mandatory are required to process your enquiry. If these are not provided, SureDyna may not be able to respond.
2.2 – Downloading the free chapter
Data collected: surname, first name and email address.
Purpose: to record the request and send the requested content. Legal basis: the fulfilment of the user’s request.
Any subsequent use of the email address for information or marketing purposes must be based on an appropriate legal basis. Where consent is required, it is obtained via a separate, optional and unchecked box, and may be withdrawn at any time.
2.3 – Comments posted on the website
When you post a comment, SureDyna may collect the data entered in the form, your IP address and technical information relating to your browser in order to publish and moderate the comment and to combat spam.
The legal basis for this processing is SureDyna’s legitimate interest in facilitating discussion and ensuring the security and moderation of the website.
If the Gravatar service is enabled, a pseudonymised string derived from your email address may be transmitted to it to check whether you are using the service. Once the comment has been approved, any associated profile picture may be displayed publicly. The service’s privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/.
2.4 – Technical logs and security
When you visit the website, technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of your visit, the pages viewed and your browser’s characteristics may be recorded to ensure the website’s operation, security and to prevent misuse. The legal basis for this is SureDyna’s legitimate interest in securing its website.
3 – Cookies and other trackers
The website uses cookies or trackers that are strictly necessary for its operation and may, subject to your consent where required, use audience measurement trackers or those linked to third-party services.
You may accept, refuse or withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie management tool available on the website. For a list of trackers, their providers, their purposes and their durations, please refer to the cookie policy.
Technical cookies linked to a login page or a user account only apply to those who actually have access to these functions.
4 – Embedded content and third-party services
Pages on the website may embed content or services from third parties, such as videos, images or posts. When this content is loaded, the relevant third parties may collect data, place trackers and track your interactions in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Where consent is required, this content or these trackers must only be enabled once you have given your consent.
5 – Recipients and data processors
The data is accessible, within the limits of their remit, to authorised personnel within SureDyna as well as to technical service providers required for hosting, maintenance, security, the sending of messages or documents and, where applicable, the detection of unwanted comments.
Data is neither sold nor disclosed to third parties for independent commercial purposes, unless prior notice has been given and there is an appropriate legal basis.
6 – Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Certain third-party service providers or services may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where such a transfer takes place, SureDyna ensures that it is based on a mechanism recognised by the GDPR and informs individuals of the applicable safeguards..
7 – Retention periods
Contact requests from prospective customers are retained for as long as necessary to process them, and then for a maximum of three years from the date of the last contact from the data subject, unless required by law or in the event of a legal dispute.
Data relating to a contractual relationship is retained for the duration of the relationship and then archived for the applicable statutory periods, in particular for the purposes of providing evidence and complying with accounting obligations.
Data used to send the free chapter is retained for three years. Data used for information or marketing purposes is retained for three years, from the last contact or until consent is withdrawn where consent forms the legal basis.
Comments and their metadata are retained for three years. Technical logs are retained for one year. The retention periods for cookies are set out in the cookie policy.
8 – Your rights
In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, you may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, object to its processing and exercise your right to data portability where applicable.
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.
You may exercise your rights by writing to contact@suredyna.com, specifying the purpose of your request. Proof of identity will only be requested in the event of reasonable doubt as to your identity. SureDyna will normally respond within one month, although this period may be extended in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.
You may also set out instructions regarding the handling of your data following your death, in accordance with the provisions of French law.
9 – Complaints to the CNIL
If, after contacting SureDyna, you feel that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL) at www.cnil.fr or by post to the address given on its website.
10 – Automated decision-making and profiling
SureDyna does not make any decisions that have legal effects on you based solely on automated processing, nor does it carry out any profiling of this nature.
11 – Amendments to the policy
SureDyna may amend this policy to take account of changes to the website, its data processing activities or the applicable regulations. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document.
