  • obtaining your license to construct, operate, modify or shut down your installation (elaborate your application for authorization, develop or update your safety reference documents),
  • meeting regulatory requirements and responding to requests from the Safety Authority,

by technical assessment, engineering studies, R&D, training.

Francis ROY, Nuclear Safety expert

As a consultant and CEO of SureDyna, Francis Roy helps engineers and nuclear operators to carry out their work thanks to an adapted safety approach, from authorization request to the Safety Authority to drawing up studies and reference documents required.

Engineer at the Ecole Centrale de Paris, project manager at the Institute of Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety (IRSN) and then Senior Consultant at the Vinçotte Nuclear Association (AVN, Brussels), Francis is asked for worldwide support notably through the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
