When your leave comments on the Website : We collect the data shown in the comments form, and the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here : https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
When you fill out a form to receive a free document and subscribe to our news: We collect your name, first name, email. This allows you to receive articles, videos, commercial offers, podcasts and other advice in the field of nuclear safety. We trace your behavior in relation to our messages (received, open …). This allows us to measure the quality and effectiveness of our campaigns.
When you contact us via our contact form: We collect your first and last name, phone, email address, subject and text of your message. These data are only used to answer your request.
When we publish a client’s testimonial: We collect first and last name, company, functions, date and text of the testimonial.
When you connect to the Website: We keep a log of connections used to detect potentially malicious connections.
Who do we share your personal data with?
Like you, we hate spam, and we respect your privacy. Your personal data is communicated only to SUREDYNA employees and technical subcontractors contributing to the operation of the Website, apart from:
- Comments on articles: these data are public and viewable by any visitor, except your email.
- Testimonials: these data are public and viewable by any visitor.
Your email address and personal data will never be sold or shared with anyone.
How long do we keep your data?
- Comments: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
- Contact requests: 6 months after the processing of your request if it has not resulted in a collaboration.
- Testimonials: Testimonials are kept online as long as we deem them relevant. The author of the testimony may ask us at any time to withdraw it.
- Tracking for audience measurement (anonymized IP): 14 months.
- Log of connections for our security tools: 3 months maximum.
How to claim my rights on my data?
You can exercise your rights provided by the GPDR by writing to: SUREDYNA, 7 rue Sylvine Candas, 92120 Montrouge, France, enclosing with your request a copy of your identity document.
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.
